What is it?
Advanced Coaching for Leaders was created in response
to demand from graduates of The Coaching Clinic™. This is an advanced program focusing on the application
and integration of coaching, both in a manager’s
day-to-day and in focused application particularly with the development
of others. |

Who is it for?
Advanced Coaching for Leaders is intended for
leaders who have already participated
in The Coaching Clinic and have successfully applied
these principles and practices in their professional
lives. |
| What it does
Participants are challenged to raise their
standards with constructive, collaborative conversations with senior leaders, peers, and direct reports. They will explore the shifts required of them
to build a true development-focused and sustainable
work environment.

own development and that of those they coach. |

Receive feedback on their own coaching
style with tips to increase effectiveness |

Practice Courageous Conversations –
how to initiate conversations about sensitive issues,
and carry them through with confidence, sensitivity,
and integrity |

Be able to bring all of these elements together,
creating an environment that fosters
leadership development. |
The participants will work with case
studies plus real-life scenarios drawn from their unique
business environment They will also be supported with first-class printed
materials and guided group interaction to maximize their
learning experience. |
